- Partial Service with assistance with up to 2 additional vendors. This includes visits with up to 2 potential vendors per category as needed and reviewing of contracts for those vendors.

- Provide a detailed checklist of all To Do items and work with the client to finalize

- Provide custom detailed timeline for the day of the wedding

- Walk thru appointment of wedding and reception venue’s minimum of three months prior to the wedding.

- Assist in locating, negotiating and booking all suitable vendors with preferred discounts when possible. (Example-Baker, Caterer, Etc.) Up to two vendors visits per vendor category

- Attend scheduled vendor appointments as needed. Up to two vendor visits with each category to secure all wedding vendors.

- Review all vendor contracts & assist in the booking process

- Confirm all vendors and details one month prior.

- Confirm all vendors and details one week prior

- Distribute final vendor payments on the day of the wedding for client.

- Coordinate the collection of gifts received on the wedding day.

- Instruct attendants of their duties as needed.

- Direct rehearsal (Up to one hour of rehearsal on the day of the wedding)

- Wedding day coordination. Direct and manage all wedding vendors and inquiries on the day of the wedding.

- Direct wedding day timeline & reception timeline.

- Up to 12 hours of service on the day of the wedding.
